Yujie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering from Central South University, Mainland China, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health & Epidemiology from City University of Hong Kong. She is interested in exploring druggable proteins and evaluating antidiabetic drug efficacy. Currently, she is an MPhil student working on investigating druggable proteins for non-communicable diseases and also on assessing maternal-fetal health outcomes.
