Symposium on “Healthy Families, Healthy Communities: Empowering Health through Medical Social Integration Symposium"
Medical-social integration is an important driver of primary healthcare development in Hong Kong. We have invited experts from academia, medicine, NGO and community partners to share their experience on medical-social integration. You are welcome to join us in the knowledge exchange among medical, social and community partners to enhance medical-social integration for better primary healthcare for our population.
