課程概述 Course overview
本課程由家庭醫學及基層醫療學系與香港中西醫結合學會合辦,從家庭醫生角度推動香港基層醫療在常見疾病的跨專業培訓與協作。課程依據《2022年香港基層醫療藍圖》,聚焦乳癌、更年期、結腸癌、慢性肩痛、呼吸系統疾病,以及糖尿病及其併發症,由中醫、西醫及家庭醫學導師講授。對象涵蓋各類基層健康專業人員,並透過情境病案及團隊模擬等教學方式,提升臨床思維及跨專業協作能力。
This course, jointly organized by the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care (FMPC) and the Hong Kong Association for Integration of Chinese-Western Medicine (HKAIM), promotes interdisciplinary training and collaboration in primary care for common diseases in Hong Kong from the perspective of family doctors. Based on the "Hong Kong Primary Healthcare Blueprint 2022," the course focuses on breast cancer, menopause, colon cancer, chronic shoulder pain, respiratory diseases, and diabetes and its complications. It is taught by instructors from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine, and Family Medicine. The target audience includes various primary care professionals, and the course enhances clinical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration skills through scenario-based case studies and team simulations.

本課程歡迎對有興趣了解中西合璧醫治方法的醫護專業人員(西醫、中醫、護士、專職醫療人員、社工、藥劑師)報讀。This course is open to healthcare professionals (physicians, Chinese Medicine Practitioners, nurses, allied health practitioners, social workers, pharmacists) who are interested in an integrative approach to treatment.

本課程將以粵語,普通話及英語授課。This course will be conducted in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
評估與認證方法 Assessment and Certification Methods
出席至少 80% (5/6) 課程的學員將獲得結業證書。每節課結束後將進行多項選擇題 (MCQ) 評估及問卷調查。
完成課程評估的學員將在結業證書上獲得確認,並有資格申請社區醫療學碩士(MCHC)課程的學分減免(https://mchc.hku.hk/course-information/)。所有此類申請均由社區醫療學碩士課程教務委員會逐案審核,並須經學院委員會批准。
A certificate of attendance will be awarded to participants who have attended at least 80% (5/6) of the sessions.
There will be an MCQ assessment and evaluations at the end of each session.
Participants who have passed the course assessment will have this acknowledged on the Certificate of Attendance, and will be eligible to apply for advanced standing should they enrol in the Master of Community Health (MCHC) programme (https://mchc.hku.hk/course-information/). All such applications are considered on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Studies of MCHC and shall be approved by the Board of the Faculty.

我們將連續六週,每週六舉辦一次四小時的課程(共六次)。這六次課程將在溫莎公爵社會服務大樓的演講廳舉行,全部為線下授課。
We will host a 4-hour session every Saturday over 6 weeks (6 sessions in total). The six sessions will be held at the lecture hall of the Duke of Windsor Social Service Building. The sessions will be held in person.

黃韻婷博士是香港註冊中醫師,在基層醫療評估研究領域擁有豐富的經驗,致力於提升第一線醫師(包括西醫和中醫醫師)的知識水平,以促進有效的醫病溝通,並運用經驗證的病患報告結局指標進行醫療品質評估。 黃醫師目前在私人診所執業,專長於癌症治療和女性健康。她同時也是香港中文大學和香港中西醫結合研究所(HKIIM)的兼任副教授。此前,她曾任HKIIM助理教授,並在香港大學家庭醫學及基層醫療學系擔任博士後研究員,其專長包括驗證患者報告結局指標、進行針灸和中藥的隨機對照試驗,以及中醫疾病模式調查。 黃醫師於2004年畢業於香港浸會大學生物醫學及中醫學。隨後,她在香港大學家庭醫學及基層醫療系攻讀哲學博士學位,專注於中醫在基層醫療中的療效研究。作為多個基層醫療計畫的主要研究者和合作研究者,她參與了多個疾病管理方面的研究,並在包括《科學報告》(Scientific Reports)、《PLOS》、《家庭醫學》(Family Practice)、《生活品質研究》(Quality of Life Research)和《補充醫學療法》(Complementary Therapies in Medicine)在內發表了國際審查論文在內的國際審查論文。 Dr. Wendy Wong is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong with extensive experience in primary care evaluation research, focusing on enhancing front-line physicians’ knowledge—both Western and Chinese Medicine practitioners—for effective doctor-patient communication and quality of care evaluation using validated patient-reported outcomes. Currently in private practice specializing in cancer care and women’s health, Dr. Wong also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Integrative Medicine (HKIIM). She previously held the position of Assistant Professor at HKIIM and was the Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care (FMPC) at the University of Hong Kong, where her expertise included validating patient-reported outcomes, conducting randomized controlled trials on acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, and morbidity pattern survey of Chinese Medicine. Dr. Wong graduated in Biomedical Science and Chinese Medicine from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2004. She subsequently pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care at the University of Hong Kong, focusing on the effectiveness of Chinese Medicine in primary care settings. As a principal investigator and co-investigator on various primary care projects addressing a broad spectrum of disease management, she has published in international peer-reviewed journals, including Scientific Reports, PLOS, Family Practice, Quality of Life Research, and Complementary Therapies in Medicine. |

陳穎樂教授現任香港大學臨床腫瘤學系臨床副教授。 陳教授擁有英國皇家放射學院臨床腫瘤學專科醫師資格和香港放射學院專科醫師資格。在獲得專科醫師資格後,她於英國卡迪夫大學獲得舒緩治療碩士學位。 她的研究方向包括乳癌、癌症存活、老年腫瘤和內分泌惡性腫瘤。她尤其關注乳房放射治療、老年患者的治療以及症狀管理。她曾在多家同行評審期刊發表論文,並在多個本地和國際癌症會議上進行報告。 Prof. Wendy Wing-Lok Chan is currently the Clinical Associate Professor of the Department of Clinical Oncology, The University of Hong Kong. Prof. Chan obtained the fellowship in Royal College of Radiologist in Clinical Oncology and the fellowship of Hong Kong College of Radiologist. After her fellowship, she obtained the MSc in Palliative Medicine (Cardiff, UK). Her research focus is on breast cancer, cancer survivorship, geriatric oncology and endocrine malignancy. She has special focus on breast radiotherapy, treatment for older patients and symptom management. She published in various peer-review journals and has presented in multiple local and international cancer conferences. |

錢穎儀教授是香港浸會大學中醫藥學院的實務副教授。錢教授在香港擁有超過15年的中醫師執業經驗。她豐富的臨床實踐為她的學術研究奠定了堅實的基礎。錢教授擁有中醫婦科博士學位,其主要研究方向為卵巢早衰(POI)。 Dr Chin Wing Yee is an Associate Professor of Practice at the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) School of Chinese Medicine. Dr Chin has been a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong for over 15 years. Her extensive clinical work provides the practical foundation for her academic and research pursuits. Dr Chin earned her PhD in Gynecology in Chinese Medicine and her primary research interest lies in Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI). |

李教授是婦產科專科醫師及生殖醫學分科醫生。他是香港大學婦產科臨床副教授,香港瑪麗醫院和廣華醫院的榮譽顧問醫生,及香港家庭計劃指導會名譽醫務顧問。他現任亞洲和大洋洲婦產科聯合會生殖內分泌和不孕症委員會主席。並擔任BJOG, BMJ Sexual and Reproductive Health, Journal of Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology及Reproduction and Fertility的編輯。 自2007年起在香港大學瑪麗醫院服務,並接受英國皇家婦產科學院生殖醫學專業培訓。 Professor Li is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and a subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine. He is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Hong Kong, an Honorary Consultant at Queen Mary Hospital and Kwong Wah Hospital, and an Honorary Medical Advisor to the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Committee of the Asia and Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (AOFOG). Additionally, he serves as an Editor for journals including BJOG, BMJ Sexual and Reproductive Health, Journal of Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Reproduction and Fertility. He also serves as Convenor (Chinese Medicine) of the Integrated Chinese–Western Medicine (ICWM) Programme in Cancer Care of the Hospital Authority, alongside multiple leadership roles in ICWM service development. Dr. Chan holds a Doctor of Chinese Medicine in Integrated Medicine in Oncology from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, a Master of Science in Clinical Gerontology and End of Life Care from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Chinese Medicine, and a Bachelor of Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Science from Hong Kong Baptist University. Dr. Chan has long overseen the ICWM cancer programme at Princess Margaret Hospital. His clinical focus is acupuncture and Chinese medicine interventions to alleviate chemotherapy- and radiotherapy-related side effects while enhancing quality of life for patients with advanced cancers. His research emphasizes the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and electroacupuncture in oncology, including a landmark single-blinded, randomized, sham-controlled trial on electroacupuncture for oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy in colorectal cancer patients, funded by competitive Hospital Authority and Health and Medical Research Fund (HMRF) grants. Dr. Chan is a sought-after speaker and lecturer at professional conferences and public education events on integrative Chinese–Western medicine in cancer care. His presentations feature at Hospital Authority conventions, Greater Bay Area traditional Chinese medicine conferences, and patient-led cancer ICWM symposia. Beyond clinical and academic contributions, Dr. Chan shapes policy and service development as a member of the Chinese Medicine Practice Subcommittee under the Health Bureau’s Chinese Medicine Development Committee, an expert panel member on Chinese medicine safety for ICWM programmes, and a board member of the Association of Hong Kong Hospital Christian Chaplaincy Ministry—reflecting his holistic vision integrating medicine, research, and spiritual care. |

蘇駿寅醫生是香港大學腫瘤醫學中心臨床助理教授,香港醫學專科學院(放射學)院士、香港放射學院院士及英國皇家放射學院院士。他擁有超過九年的臨床腫瘤學經驗,專長於胃腸腫瘤、乳房腫瘤及神經腫瘤。 蘇醫生的研究方向為癌症免疫學、生物標記驅動療法以及全身性治療與先進放射治療技術的整合。他已發表多篇同行評審文章,並積極參與轉化腫瘤學研究。他曾擔任乳癌、肝細胞癌、胃癌及腦轉移瘤臨床試驗的共同研究者。 他曾接受海外直腸癌非手術治療及先進胃腸道放射治療技術的培訓,並積極參與教學、指導及公共癌症教育工作。蘇醫生也是香港消化道腫瘤學會的創始董事。 Dr. So Chun Yan, Tommy is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Centre of Cancer Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Radiology), the Hong Kong College of Radiologists, and the Royal College of Radiologists (UK). He has over nine years of experience in clinical oncology, with expertise in gastrointestinal, breast, and neuro-oncology. Dr. So’s research focuses on cancer immunology, biomarker-driven therapies, and the integration of systemic therapy with advanced radiotherapy techniques. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and actively contributes to translational oncology research. He serves as co-investigator in clinical trials in breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer, and brain metastases. He has received overseas training in non-operative management of rectal cancer and advanced gastrointestinal radiotherapy techniques, and is actively involved in teaching, mentorship, and public cancer education. Dr. So is also a founding council member of the Hong Kong Society of Digestive Oncology. |

石華鋒醫師先後在福建中醫藥大學取得學士學位及香港大學取得碩士學位。曾任香港大學研究助理,從事中醫臨床科研項目。後任香港中文大學中西醫結合研究所教學助理及助理講師,從事中醫臨床、教學及科研項目。並在中醫業界的不同團體中擔任重要職位。 「勤求古訓,博采眾方」是石華鋒醫師堅持不懈的治學態度。中西醫結合也是石醫師一直堅持的信念,一名中醫師除了需要具備扎實的中醫學基礎,也應具備現代西醫學的各種知識,與西醫多交流學習,以應對當今世人出現的各種疾病,為市民的健康做出更多的貢獻。 石醫師對骨傷科痛症及內、外、婦、兒科等方面有著豐富的臨床經驗,臨床上對每位患者盡己所能,能夠熟練掌握針灸、中藥、正骨、刮痧、火罐、耳穴、放血等中醫治療技術,為患者減輕病痛,重獲健康。 Dr. Shi Huafeng obtained his Bachelor's degree from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and his Master's degree from the University of Hong Kong. He previously served as a research assistant at the University of Hong Kong, conducting clinical research projects in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Later, he served as a teaching assistant and assistant lecturer at the Institute of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine, Chinese University of Hong Kong, engaging in TCM clinical practice, teaching, and research projects. He also holds important positions in various TCM organizations. "Diligently seeking ancient teachings and broadly learning from diverse prescriptions" is Dr. Shi Huafeng's unwavering academic attitude. Integrating TCM and Western medicine is also a belief he has always upheld. A TCM practitioner needs not only a solid foundation in TCM but also knowledge of modern Western medicine, engaging in frequent exchanges and learning with Western doctors to address the various diseases prevalent in the world today and contribute more to the health of the public. Dr. Shi has extensive clinical experience in orthopedics, pain management, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics. 龔醫生擁有超過20年的豐富家庭醫生臨床經驗,是香港家庭醫學學院院士、澳洲皇家全科醫學院院士、英國皇家全科醫學院院士、香港醫學專科學院院士(家庭醫學)、香港大學家庭醫學榮譽臨床助理教授、英國倫敦大學內外全科醫學士。 龔醫生曾在香港醫院管理局擔任新界東沙田區家庭醫學主管,並負責整個新界東家庭醫學部門的培訓和臨床服務;也曾於香港家庭醫學學院擔任考官和MCQ部分統籌;同時也是弗雷澤培訓(Fraser Training)三級培訓師。
Dr Kung has over 20 years of extensive clinical experience as a family physician, and is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Family Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Family Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal College of Family Practitioners, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Family Medicine), an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine, the University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of General Practice of the University of London. Dr Kung was head of Shatin district for the Department of Family Medicine, New Territories East Cluster of the Hospital Authority, at the same time responsible for family medicine training and clinical services for the cluster. He also worked as an examiner and MCQ coordinator at the Hong Kong College of Family Medicine; He is also a Level 3 trainer at Fraser Training. |

陳教授為一名醫師科學家,專注於中西醫結合在內科疾病中的臨床服務與研究,其研究範疇包括傳染病(如 COVID 19)、呼吸系統疾病、代謝性疾病(如糖尿病)及慢性腎病。他現為香港浸會大學中醫藥學院助理教授,並兼任吳文政中醫藥臨床研究所副所長及中醫學碩士課程主任。 他在臨床實踐、臨床研究及研究方法學方面具豐富經驗,過往曾擔任世界衛生組織研究顧問、東華三院中醫師、畢馬威會計師事務所顧問(行業專家),並曾為荷蘭格羅寧根大學訪問學者。陳教授設計並主持多項臨床試驗、隊列研究及生物樣本庫,其研究顯示中醫藥在糖尿病、慢性腎病、COVID 19 及慢性阻塞性肺病中的臨床效益。 陳教授已在國際同儕審查期刊發表逾四十篇論文,累計獲得超過三千三百萬港元的研究資助,並曾榮獲多項本地及國際獎項。他現時亦出任超過十五個國際及特區政府相關的醫療諮詢委員會或專責小組成員。 Prof Chan is a physician scientist specialising in integrative Chinese and Western medicine for internal medicine conditions, including infectious diseases (e.g. COVID 19), respiratory diseases, metabolic diseases (e.g. diabetes), and chronic kidney disease. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University, Associate Director of the Vincent V.C. Woo Chinese Medicine Clinical Research Institute, and Programme Director of the Master of Chinese Medicine. He has extensive experience in clinical practice, clinical research, and research methodology, and has previously served as a WHO research consultant, Chinese medicine practitioner at Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, industry expert for KPMG Advisory, and visiting scholar at the University Medical Center Groningen. Professor Chan has designed and led multiple clinical trials, cohort studies, and biobanks, with research demonstrating the clinical benefits of Chinese medicine in diabetes, chronic kidney disease, COVID 19, and COPD. Professor Chan has published over 40 peer reviewed international journal articles, secured over HK$33 million in research funding, and received multiple local and international awards. He currently serves on over 15 international and government advisory committees related to healthcare policy, Chinese medicine development, and integrative medicine. |

李智豪教授於2006年畢業於香港大學,並於2013年成為內分泌科醫師。 2015年,李教授加入香港大學內科學系,擔任臨床助理教授。 2017年,他獲得裘槎基金會獎學金,前往悉尼加文醫學研究所進行海外進修。 2022年,他獲得香港大學醫學博士學位,並獲得帕特里克·曼森爵士金牌。 2023年,他晉升為臨床副教授。 Prof Paul Lee graduated in 2006 from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and became an endocrinologist in 2013. In 2015, Prof Lee joined the Department of Medicine, HKU, as a Clinical Assistant Professor. He obtained the Croucher Foundation Fellowship in 2017 to pursue his overseas training at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Sydney. In 2022, he received his Doctor of Medicine degree from HKU and was awarded the Sir Patrick Manson Gold Medal. He became a Clinical Associate Professor in 2023. |
